Abstract

The invention relates to a projection engine module of a single imaging device, which comprises: a light source, a reflective polarization modulation imaging device, a reflective quarter-wavelength compound sheet, a projection lens system and a polarized beam light splitter module; the polarized beam light splitter module consists of a first polarized beam light splitter film layer and a second polarized beam light splitter film layer arranged in a V-shape incision structure in a pair. Illumination light of the first polarized state is reflected by the first polarized beam light splitter film layer to the reflective polarization modulation imaging device; meanwhile, the second polarized beam light splitter film layer and the reflective quarter-wavelength compound sheet are linked; illumination light of the second polarized state passing through the first polarized beam light splitter film layer is converted into the first polarized state; and the converted light is reflected to the reflective polarization modulation imaging device. After modulated, polarized, rotated, and reflected by the reflective polarization modulation imaging device, the combined illuminating light recurs to the polarized beam light splitter module, and is projected through the projection lens system.
