The invention discloses an active 
refrigeration type fully enclosed single-
chip LCD projector. The 
projector includes a cover body and at least one electric 
refrigeration component, wherein one enclosed space is formed by the cover body and is at least internally accommodated with an optical 
assembly, a gas circulation path is formed in the enclosed space, the optical 
assembly includes an LCD screen, the gas in the enclosed space can flow through the LCD screen along the gas circulation path, the electric 
refrigeration component is embedded and fixed on a cover wall of the cover body, a 
cold side faces inward, and a hot side is exposed to the outside. The 
projector is advantaged in that through setting the enclosed space which is formed by the cover body and is used for accommodating the optical 
assembly, dust is prevented from entering the optical assembly, the electric refrigeration component is arranged on the cover wall, the electric refrigeration component can actively achieve refrigeration to move heat of its cold surface to a hot end to dissipate to the outside of the cover body, heat dissipation efficiency is high, that the LCD screen can work at lower temperatures is guaranteed, and thereby the 
projector can be made to have high projection brightness.
