Abstract

The invention relates to a method for biological sewage treatment, in particular to a method for obtaining stable nitrite accumulation by sewage denitrification. By controlling the biological denitrification process of an activated sludge method, the method realizes the reduction of nitric acid salt and incomplete reduction of nitrite so as to obtain the stable nitrite accumulation. The method adjusts carbon nitrogen ratio of sewage and controls the carbon nitrogen ratio to be between 2.4 and 3.2 by using methanol or other external carbon sources, indicates the denitrification process of the activated sludge method by using the changing characteristics of the pH value, and finally realizes converting the nitric acid salt in the sewage into the nitrite to obtain the stable nitrite accumulation. The nitrite accumulation obtained by the method can reach around 25 percent of the amount of initial nitric acid salt of denitrification reaction. The nitrite can be taken as a nitrite source of anaerobic ammonium oxidation reaction.
