Selenium is added into crop straws and livestock manure to ferment, or selenium is added after fermenting to obtain selenium-enriched ground substance; the ground substance is used for planting edible fungi to ensure that the selenium content in the edible fungi can be increased obviously; edible fungi residual is used for cultivating earthworms; selenium-enriched earthworms are obtained to serve as feed or feed additives for feeding pigs, chicken, ricefield eels, turtles and the like so as to obtain selenium-enriched meat, eggs and fish products. Wormcast and livestock manure are used for planting vegetables such as leeks, cucumber and the like or field crops, such as corn, wheat and the like to further utilize selenium to obtain selenium-enriched vegetal products; plant residues obtained in planting vegetables or field crops can be added with parts of selenium to serve as the ground substance for planting edible fungi or directly feeding earthworms; thus, the invention fully utilizes resources in a recycling manner, and has obvious economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit.
