Abstract

The invention relates to a spray generating device (11) comprising a large-diameter spray droplet generating unit (20) for generating heated large-diameter spray droplets and a small-diameter spray droplet generating unit (42) for generating small-diameter spray droplets. Airflow passes through a main airflow passage (33). A secondary airflow passage (43) is branched from the main airflow passage(33). The secondary airflow passage (43) is branched from the main airflow passage (33) by branched parts (43a and 40) which lowers the airflow rate in the secondary airflow passage (43). The large-diameter spray droplets are sprayed from large-diameter spray droplet spraying units (13 and 35). The small-diameter spray droplets are sprayed from small-diameter spray droplet spraying units. The large-diameter spray droplet spraying units (13 and 35) are arranged at the downlinks of the branched parts (43a and 40) and the small-diameter spray droplet spraying units (14, 42 and 49) are arranged at the downlink of the secondary airflow passage (43).
