Abstract

The invention provides closed hole-shaped vacuum foam for heat insulation and sound insulation and a method for preparing the same and belongs to the field of novel materials of heat insulation and sound insulation and noise reduction. In the conventional vacuum foam materials, a core material is open-hole foam, and in a process of using the conventional vacuum foam materials, the heat-insulated property of the conventional vacuum foam materials is lost when any part of the conventional vacuum foam materials is damaged. The closed hole-shaped vacuum foam for heat insulation and sound insulation, provided by the invention, consists of the closed hole-shaped vacuum foam with a closed hole rate of no less than 10 percent, a density of 0.002 to 0.5g/cm3 and a vacuum degree of 0.03 to 0.101325MPa, and a metallic material or high molecular material vapor-proof layer coated on the surface layer of the closed hole-shaped vacuum foam. The method comprises the following steps: preparing closed hole foam plastic raw materials, and foaming and forming the raw materials in a vacuum environment or directly vacuumizing the closed hole-shaped foam to obtain the closed hole-shaped vacuum foam; and coating the vapor-proof layer on the surface of the closed hole-shaped vacuum foam to obtain the closed hole-shaped vacuum foam for heat insulation and sound insulation. The closed hole-shaped vacuum foam has the advantages of high strength, excellent heat insulated and excellent insulated properties, smooth appearance, reliable use and simple process.
