Problems solved by technology

Among them, steam humidification is clean and efficient, and the humidifier has a simple structure, does not need electricity, and has low initial investment and operating costs. However, steam humidifiers can only be used in places with steam sources, so they are not suitable for household use.
The electrode humidification method is safe and convenient, but the electrode plate is seriously fouled, the maintenance cost is high, and the operation is unstable
In addition, poor treatment of the residual liquid in the humidification cylinder will affect the indoor air quality
Ultrasonic humidification is currently the most commonly used humidification method, but it is expensive and has a short lifespan. During the humidification process, water needs to be replenished continuously. The humidification effect is not good, and it will produce "white powder phenomenon", which affects indoor air quality.

Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

[0023] The anhydrous humidification structure of the hollow fiber membrane air conditioner of the present invention is as follows: figure 1 shown. During humidification in summer working conditions, the humidification method of the above equipment to realize the waterless humidification technology of the hollow fiber membrane air conditioner is: part of the condensed water precipitated from the indoor unit of the air conditioner enters the tube side of the hollow fiber membrane humidifier 3 through the condensed water pipe 7 . Indoor dry air enters the shell side of the hollow fiber membrane humidifier through the air inlet 4. During the flow process, the dry air passes through the surface of the hollow fiber membrane and exchanges moisture with the condensed water in t...

Abstract

The invention provides a hollow fibre membrane air-conditioning water-free humidification system, comprising an air-conditioning indoor unit and a hollow fibre membrane humidifier, wherein the hollow fibre membrane humidifier comprises a shell, an air passage and a water passage, the air passage and the water passage are used for separating a hollow fibre membrane which is placed in the shell, the hollow membrane is a permselective membrane, and water vapor but liquid water can permeate the membrane; and the air-conditioning indoor unit is connected with the water passage by a condensate pipe, part of the condensed water precipitated by the air-conditioning indoor unit enters the water passage of the hollow fibre membrane humidifier by the condensate pipe, the water vapor in the water passage selectively permeates the membrane to the other side of the membrane and then is mixed with the dry air in the air passage to realize humidification, and the humidified air is delivered to the indoor through the air outlet of the air-conditioning indoor unit. The invention fully uses the condensed water, at the same time, only the water vapor but pollutants and impurities can permeate the membrane, and thereby the invention eradicates the 'whiting' phenomenon and improves the indoor air quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a humidification technology, in particular to a hollow fiber membrane anhydrous humidification technology in the field of air conditioning. Background technique [0002] Relative humidity has an important impact on human health. Studies have shown that the suitable relative humidity for the human body is 40-60%. Excessively dry air causes dryness and inflammation of the mucous membranes of the human respiratory system, which aggravates the spread of respiratory diseases. In summer, when the air conditioner is cooling, the moisture in the air in the room condenses in the evaporator to form condensed water, which is discharged outside, which makes the air in the air-conditioned room too dry. In winter, when the air conditioner is heating, the air temperature rises and the relative humidity of the indoor air decreases, making the indoor air very dry. In order to create a suitable indoor relative humidity environment and protect ...
