smoke elimination by carbon enrichment and
coupling of a
membrane method, and relates to the technical field of steel industrial
solid waste
resource utilization and
flue gas purification, and comprises the following steps: S1,
flue gas pretreatment: after original
flue gas discharged by an industrial
kiln is treated by dust removal, desulfurization and denitration, clean
flue gas is obtained; S2,
flue gas pressurization: the clean
flue gas is sent into a pressurizing device and pressurized to 0.3-1.2 MPa, so that the
partial pressure of CO2 and
water vapor in the flue gas is increased, thereby providing driving force for subsequent membrane separation; S3,
membrane method for water removal and carbon enrichment: the pressurized clean flue gas is sent into a
membrane method for dehumidification and carbon enrichment
system, and selective
permeation membranes are used to realize the separation of CO2 and H2O in the flue gas from the flue gas, so that dry flue gas that does not permeate the membranes is directly discharged, and white
smoke elimination is realized. Through the integrated process of 'pressurization-membrane separation-
carbon sequestration by absorption', permanent fixation of CO2 is realized, and modification of steel
slag is simultaneously completed;
oxygen-rich residual gas generated in the absorption process is sent back to a
combustion system as
combustion air, and resource recycling is realized.
