[0021] 1.1 Case data and specimen collection 180 cases of primary breast cancer were collected from surgical resection specimens of breast cancer patients admitted to the Department of Breast Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University from May 1995 to May 2004, and all specimens were obtained with the informed consent of the patients. All patients had no preoperative chemotherapy, and the pathological types were invasive ductal carcinoma (WHO classification). The follow-up time ranged from 36 to 100 months, and 180 patients were followed up for more than 3 years, of which 132 patients were followed up for more than 5 years, with a median follow-up time of 62 months; 4 cases relapsed and 39 cases developed distant metastasis. All specimens were confirmed by histopathology.
