The method comprises the following steps of: setting at least two keyboard unlocking passwords in a user management setting module of the mobile telephone, wherein one of the keyboard unlocking passwords is an administrator user account number password, while the others are limited user account number passwords; when the frequency of receiving wrong passwords by the mobile telephone exceeds the preset value, copying the FLASH data of the mobile telephone to a mobile data server through a wireless network by using the user management setting module; and sending user authentication information to the mobile data server through the wireless network by using the mobile telephone, and after the user authentication information passes authentication, sending the copied FLASH data to the mobile telephone through the wireless network by using the mobile data server.
