The method comprises the following steps: building a pixel voltage compensation table in an inquiry window unit; deciding a compensated gray scale of a pixel to be compensated by a sequential control unit according to the pixel voltage compensation table; transmitting the compensated gray scale to a source electrode controller by the sequential control unit; corresponding the compensated gray scale to a compensated voltage by the source electrode controller; and outputting the compensated voltage to the pixel to be compensated by the source electrode controller.
