Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, the amount of samples processed by existing solid-phase extraction devices on the market is small, and the enrichment factor for pollutants is limited. When dealing with large-volume (above 10L) water samples, the existing solid-phase extraction devices cannot meet the requirements

Abstract

The invention discloses an organic pollutant enriching device and method for pretreatment of a water sample with bulk mass. The organic pollutant enriching device comprises a water storage tank, a peristaltic pump, an enriching column and a valve, wherein the enriching column comprises a glass tube, as well as two layers of glass cotton and a layer of resin which are arranged at the lower end of the glass tube; the resin is arranged between the two layers of glass cotton; water delivery hoses on the upper end of the glass tube are connected with the water storage tank; the lower end of the glass tube is provided with a drain tube on which the valve is arranged; and the water delivery hoses are all connected with the peristaltic pump. The method comprises the following steps of: a. regulating the peristaltic pump to ensure that the adding speed of the water sample is 10-120mL/min; b. introducing the water sample to the enriching column, retaining substances with large particles above the upper layer of glass cotton in the enriching column, and enriching organic matters in the water by using the resin. By means of the device and method disclosed by the invention, the defect that the simultaneous treatment on a water sample with large dose and various samples can not be realized by using a traditional solid-phase extracting device is effectively overcome, meanwhile, different types of organic matters in same batch of water samples can be enriched.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pretreatment device and a treatment method for solid-phase extraction of large-volume water samples, in particular to an organic pollutant enrichment device and method for pre-treatment of large-volume water samples. Background technique [0002] A complete sample analysis process, including from sample collection to final result report, can be roughly divided into four basic steps: sample collection, sample pretreatment, analysis and measurement, and result report, among which sample pretreatment is the most important step in the entire analysis process. Time-consuming, labor-intensive, and the most prone to analysis errors. It only takes a few minutes to tens of minutes to analyze a sample, but it takes several hours or even dozens of hours to process the sample before analysis. Therefore, it is time-saving, labor-saving and can significantly reduce the source of error to study sample pretreatment technology, and develop fa...
