Abstract

The invention discloses a non-combustible vermiculite plate made from tourmaline powders, monazite powders, vermiculite which is expanded to increase the interlayer distance by 10 to 20 times, and inorganic binders, wherein the weight proportions of the materials are as follows: 20 to 40 percent of tourmaline powders, 10 to 20 percent of monazite powders, 30 to 55 percent of expanded vermiculite and 5 to 15 percent of inorganic binders; and the tourmaline powders and the monazite powders are filled in the interlayer spaces of the expanded vermiculite and then molded with the inorganic binders by the hot forming process. The non-combustible vermiculite plate provided by the invention is characterized in that: the content of negative ions in the air is greatly increased by use of tourmaline and monazite, which can effectively achieve the effects of purifying blood, tranquilizing mind, relieving pains, preventing and treating skin diseases, refreshing mind and alleviating fatigue; the living environment indoor is improved; and the purpose of healthy living is achieved. Besides, the non-combustible vermiculite plate is non-combustible and has heat-insulating, noise-absorbing, sound-insulating, deodorizing and radiation-absorbing properties.
