Problems solved by technology

[0008] However, in the brake device, when the brake device is switched from the brake state to the release state, there are cases where the temperature of the rotating member cannot be sufficiently lowered.
In such a case, if the supply amount of lubricating oil is switched in accordance with the switching of the braking state or the releasing state of the brake device as in the technology of Patent Document 1, the amount of lubricating oil will be reduced even when the rotating member is in a high temperature state. Feed rate drops, which can cause rotating components to overheat
In order to prevent such an overheating phenomenon, it is necessary to set a large amount of lubricating oil supply, and in this case, the effect of suppressing the loss of driving force will be reduced.
[0009] In addition, it can be said that the technology of Patent Document 2 is improved compared to the technology of Patent Document 1, but the delay time required for oil quantity switching is a fixed value
Therefore, there is still room for improvement in terms of reducing driving force loss

[0041] figure 1 A schematic configuration diagram showing a system of a work vehicle 1 having a lubricating device according to an embodiment of the present invention. This work vehicle 1 is, for example, a bulldozer, and includes an engine 2, a power transmission mechanism 3, a pair of travel devices 4a, 4b, a lubricating oil supply unit 6, various operation units 32 to 35, a control unit 7, and the like. Among these components, the lubricating oil supply unit 6 and the control unit 7 constitute a lubricating device that supplies cooling lubricating oil to the brake devices 5a and 5b. The details of the various operation units 32 to 35 will be described later.

[0042] The engine 2 is a diesel engine, and the output of the engine 2 is controlled by adjusting the fuel injection amount from a fuel injection pump (not shown). Specifically, the engine speed and the fuel injection amount are adjusted according to the load so that the actual engine speed re...

Abstract

Provided is a brake device lubrication device which can suppress loss of drive force and suppress occurrences of overheating in a brake device. Also provided is a method for controlling the device. The brake device lubrication device includes a control unit which controls a lubricant supply unit so as to supply a predetermined first supply amount of lubricant to a brake device if the brake device is in a braked state. When the brake device is switched from the braked state to a released state, the control unit acquires a delay time TD corresponding to the brake time TB (?T1) counted by a brake timer from a delay time map stored in a storage unit. When the release time TBoff counted by a release timer has reached the acquired delay time TD, the control unit switches the lubricant amount from the first supply amount to a second supply amount that is smaller than the first supply amount.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a lubricating device for a braking device and a control method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the braking device, since a rotating member co-rotating with the output shaft and a fixing member fixed to the vehicle body side generate a braking force by pressure contact, the rotating member generates heat due to friction. Therefore, the lubricating device cools the rotating member by flowing lubricating oil between the rotating member and the fixed member, and suppresses temperature rise of the rotating member. [0003] Here, even if the brake device is in a released state where the rotating member and the fixed member are not pressed, if there is a large amount of lubricating oil between the rotating member and the fixing member, since part of the driving force of the output shaft is transmitted from the rotating member to the lubricating oil , so there may be a loss of driving force. [0004] In order to prevent the...
