The Chinese medicine comprises the following medicinal materials in part by weight: 20 to 40 parts of prepared common monkshood mother root, 20 to 40 parts of Szechuan lovage rhizome, 20 to 40 parts of fineleaf schizonepeta herb, 100 to 200 parts of incised notopterygium rhizome, 100 to 200 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 100 to 200 parts of mint, 20 to 40 parts of Chinese ligusticum rhizome and 30 to 50 parts of garter snake. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing the medicinal materials in a weight ratio; crushing, sieving with a 100-mesh sieve, and mixing uniformly to obtain medicinal powder; and adding 10 to 15 weight parts of refined honey into each 10 weight parts of medicinal powder, mixing uniformly, and pelletizing to form large honey pills, wherein each pill is 6 grams.
