By using the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the problems of vast information data integration difficulty (caused by that an additional integrated BI (business intelligence) system is required for carrying out data analysis in an office-automation total management system), and long development cycle, high cost and uneasy design and maintenance (caused by too complicated integrated systems) are solved, the risk of project implementation failure is reduced, and the technology gap of carrying out integrated analysis on the comprehensive cost of human, financial and material resources in the field of office automation is filled.
