The system comprises a whole flue gas desulfurization-denitration-dedusting system, a PLC, a monitoring computer and a control cabinet. A monitoring device, a transmission device and a control device are arranged in the desulfurization-denitration-dedusting system of the steel pellet sintering machine. The invention discloses an island microgrid voltage and frequency adjustment method and system. The method comprises the steps of collecting variable information through a distributed information processor, carrying out the data interaction and iterative calculation with a nearest adjacent node, and obtaining an average voltage deviation value and an average frequency deviation value; obtaining avoltage adjustment quantity and a frequency adjustment quantity through a secondary coordination controller; and adjusting the voltage and frequency of the island microgrid to stable operation throughdroop control by a primary stability controller. According to the scheme, the distributed information processing module only needs to perform information interaction with the nearest adjacent node onthe variable information, so that the complexity of processing the variable information of the source network load system is greatly reduced, and the operation burden is reduced; data interaction iscarried out on variable information of local nodes and neighbor nodes, the average voltage deviation and the average frequency deviation are directly obtained after iteration, the voltage and frequency adjustment quantity does not need to be calculated by collecting impedance parameters and constant-power load information of the system, and the method has the advantages of being small in amount ofcollected information and simple in calculation process.

Wireless monitoring system of oil outlet relief valve of oil tank truck (TMS system)

A fully-automatic wireless monitoring system (TMS system) which can perform non-artificial interference of an oil outlet relief valve of an oil tank truck. The invention is a wireless monitoring system developed by using sensor technology, embedded computing technology, modern network and wireless communication technology, and distributed information processing technology. A monitoring element of the system is directly and rigidly connected to a monitored valve by a shaft coupling and a valve stem. The monitoring element measures the angle displacement of the valve stem; data collection, recording, storage, wireless transmission, data uploading, and report formation are performed by the TMS system; and an alarm is provided by the TMS management software finally. Problems of easy forgery and easy substitution of currently-used mechanical lead sealing, artificial intervention of electronic lead sealing, unreliability of information collecting points, and dependence of power supply by vehicle power supply are prevented. Non-artificial interference of overall monitoring is realized, and the authenticity, reliability and integrity (no lost data) of the recorded data are ensured; therefore the generation of invalid oil stealing behaviors from oil tank trucks is effectively prevented. All the hardware forming the TMS system passes the ATEX explosion-proof certification, and can ensure the safe utilization of the system in dangerous areas.

The method comprises: (1) time-division multiplexing-based system hardware configuration design: performingcurve character extraction on a soft landing flight trajectory of a detector to obtain a characteristic curve of the detector descending in a vertical attitude after passing a main deceleration section and to further obtain that a field direction of a imaging sensor is consistent with a nominal descending speed direction of the detector, and performing sequential character extraction on a flightmission functional profile during the soft landing of the detector to obtain a rough obstacle avoidance section and a precise obstacle avoidance section sequentially arranged according to a time course in a descending process; and (2) a parallel distributed information processing-based precise obstacle avoidance autonomous reconstruction sequence design method: based on the hardware capable of parallel computing, in the process of obstacle avoidance, using a GNCC to control an obstacle avoidance sequence and actively obtain processing status information of an image processing board, using theimage processing board to identify and calculate terrain obstacles and send safety point information to the GNCC, wherein the GNCC and the image processing board works in a distributed parallel computing mode to implement a precise obstacle avoidance heterogeneous backup function.
