Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing calcium carbonate-anti-cancer medicinal adriamycin nano particles. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing a calcium chloride solution and a water-soluble anti-cancer medicinal adriamycin solution, mechanically stirring the mixed solution, mixing the mixed solution and a sodium carbonate solution, and mechanically stirring the mixed solution to prepare calcium carbonate-anti-cancer medicinal nano particles; diluting the reaction solution by using deionized water, standing for a period of time till sediment is separated out from the solution, and separating the solution from the sediment; and centrifuging the separated aqueous solution, and thus obtaining the calcium carbonate-anti-cancer medicinal adriamycin nano particles. Maximum absorption peaks of the anti-cancer medicament in the separated aqueous solution and the centrifuged aqueous solution are analyzed by adopting ultraviolet visible spectrum and compared with the standard curve of the medicament to obtain the actual load efficiency of the anti-cancer medicament, and the load rate of the anti-cancer medicament is more than 53 percent by experimental calculation. The size of the calcium carbonate-anti-cancer medicinal nano particles is about 100 nanometers by analysis of a light scattering and scanning electron microscope method.
