The invention has the beneficial effects that a software plug-in is installed in the android mobile phone as well as the android set-top box, and the keyboard or the motion event on an android operating system of the set-top box is invoked and triggered through RPC (remote procedure call), so that all applications of the set-top box can be controlled remotely through the mobile phone.
