A mould assembly of the trolley comprises a plurality of template groups which are longitudinally spliced; and in each template group, a top mould, a right side mould, a left side mould and a bottom mould form a whole-circle section, wherein two sides of the top mould are detachably connected with the left side mould and the right side mould respectively, and the top mould is connected with a beam frame assembly through a horizontal adjusting mechanism and a vertical adjusting mechanism. The demoulding method comprises the following steps of: removing connections between the top moulds and the left side moulds and between the top moulds and the right side moulds first, then withdrawing the left side moulds and the right side moulds simultaneously till demoulding, withdrawing the vertical adjusting mechanisms connected with the top moulds, demoulding the top moulds, and finally lifting the beam frame assembly and demoulding the bottom moulds.
