Through vibration of the vibration spring, the conveying component which is equipped on the movable part is vibrated for conveying conveyed part that is fed on the conveying component, wherein, the fixed part and the movable part are respectively connected through the vibration springs at a front part and a back part in the part conveying direction. At least one in the vibration springs is divided into at least two members in a left-and-right direction.
