This invention provides a multifunctional positioning pad for preventing
foot drop in patients in a lateral decubitus position during neurological
nursing. Its structure includes: an anti-slip component, a calf pad, a fixing buckle, a restraint strap, a control end, an
assembly block, and a foot pad. The anti-slip component covers the lower end of the calf pad and is fixedly connected to the fixing buckle and restraint strap on the outside of the calf pad. It also carries the control end and is connected to the foot pad via the
assembly block to form an integrated "L" shape. This invention improves upon the calf pad by using the grooves in the flexible block to position the calf and the foot pad to keep the foot in a vertical position. The control end allows for control of the temperature-sensing adjustment body and
massage structure, enabling the adjustment of the temperature at the
fixed position on the calf according to real-time temperature, achieving a comfortable and safe
nursing effect. Furthermore, the
massage structure applies
massage force to the
fixed position, ensuring stable
blood flow during fixation. Therefore, this improves the effectiveness of the positioning pad and fulfills its multifunctional characteristics.
