Example Embodiment

[0014] The method for extracting calcium from soil by using strontium chloride solution of the present invention can be described in detail with a specific example, and the specific steps are as follows:

[0015] 1. Collect 4 wasteland soil samples and 4 farmland soil samples in the western suburbs of Zhengzhou. The samples are removed from impurities such as stones and residual roots, air-dried naturally, ground on plexiglass, and all passed through a 2mm nylon sieve, and mixed evenly.

[0016] 2. Take 5.3324g of strontium chloride, dissolve it in deionized water and accurately dilute it into a 1L volumetric flask. The concentration of strontium chloride in this solution is 0.02mol / L.

[0017] 3. Take 2.00g of air-dried soil that has passed through a 2mm sieve into a 100mL centrifuge tube, and add 50mL of 0.02mol / L SrCl 2 The solution was oscillated on a gas bath constant temperature oscillator for 30 min (speed: 180r / min, temperature: 25°C). Each sample was repeated 3 times.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting soil calcium by using a strontium chloride solution, aiming at solving the technical problem that the traditional for extracting and measuring the soil calcium is fussy in steps and time-consuming. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a 0.02mol/L strontium chloride solution first; then taking 2.00g of air-dried soil screened with a 2mm screen, and oscillating the air-dried soil for 30min (180r/min, 25-30 DEG C) on a gas bath oscillator by using 50ml strontium chloride solution, filtering, and diluting filtrate by using the strontium chloride solution to prepare a solution to be tested; and dissolving 2.497g of calcium carbonate with little amount of 1: 1 hydrochloric acid, boiling to remove carbon dioxide, carrying out constant-volume operation by using the strontium chloride solution, and preparing a calcium standard series solution by using the strontium chloride. The calcium in the solution to be tested and the calcium standard series solution are measured by using a flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention is free of centrifugation, simple and convenient and suitable for rapid measurement of a large amount of samples; and a releasing agent is not needed to be added when the calcium is measured by the atomic absorption spectrometry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of soil analysis, and relates to a method for extracting soil calcium, in particular to a method for extracting soil calcium by using a strontium chloride solution. Background technique [0002] Calcium is one of the essential elements for plant growth and plays a pivotal role in plant growth and development. Calcium can stabilize the cell membrane and cell wall, and also participate in the transmission of second messengers, regulate osmosis in plants, and have enzymatic effects. It has been found that a variety of physiological diseases in fruit trees are related to calcium deficiency. In addition, calcium can also strengthen or inhibit the action of certain plant hormones, thereby affecting the growth of plants. In addition to playing an important role in plants, calcium in the soil can also interact with various elements in the soil. It has been reported that the application of calcium to the soil can promote th...
