The calcium in the solution to be tested and the calcium standard series solution are measured by using a flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention is free of centrifugation, simple and convenient and suitable for rapid measurement of a large amount of samples; and a releasing agent is not needed to be added when the calcium is measured by the atomic absorption spectrometry.
