According to the invention, the defects of instability for loosening, large slope, high possibility of falling, incapability of providing and blending nutrient elements required by plants, and the like in the natural parent layer are overcome; a stable artificial parent layer allowing the vegetation to grow can be also formed on a larger-slope and even vertical concrete or stone surface; and the vegetation can grow on the artificial parent layer to reconstruct an ecological system and create a natural, harmonious and beautiful ecological environment.
