When the intelligent voltage-adjusting controller adopts a core controller and an intelligent power manager, outputting of secondary side voltage of the autotransformer can be stabilized at 10KV by automatically controlling and adjusting tap positions of the loaded voltage-adjusting tap switch through automatic tracking of line voltage changes.
