The physical layer analog module comprises an SATA physical interface butting with an SATA host and a PCIE physical interface butting with a PCIE host, the protocol application layer analysis control module interacts with the SATA transport layer module or the PCIE business layer module according to an SATA protocol or a PCIE protocol, therefore the memory controller can support two interfaces, and can not only support a host of any interface, but also enable structures of two interfaces to be optimized.
