Abstract

The invention discloses a high-concentration TAIC (Triallyl Isocyanurate) production wastewater treating device and a treating method of the treating device. The device comprises an acid-alkali pool, a pH regulating pool and a micro-electrolysis reactor; the treating method comprises the following steps of: regulating the pH value of the high-concentration TAIC production wastewater in the pH regulating pool to 2-6 by using the acid or alkali in the acid-alkali pool; subsequently introducing the wastewater into the micro-electrolysis reactor and aerating by an aerator; carrying out micro-electrolysis reaction in a packing area for 2-5 hours; and filtering in a filtering material area, overflowing from an overflowing dam in a water outtake area and discharging from a water outtake tube. The device and the method disclosed by the invention are economic and reasonable in treating TACI production wastewater and applicable to engineering application, and can degrade TACI pollutants better and greatly improve the biodegradability of the TACI wastewater, so that better water basis is provided for later TACI wastewater use and biochemical treatment.
