A telephone user part (TUP) paired computer implementation method includes the steps: first establishing a static sequence list; then reading an order message X; computing a value of a circuit identification code; next, finding out a corresponding node in the static sequence list according to the value of the circuit identification code and then determining a dynamic linked list which is pointed by the node; looking up a node which is identical to the combination of an origin signaling point coding in the message X and a purpose signaling point coding in the dynamic linked list; when finding a node which is in the same combination, enabling the node to be recorded as P and combining respective information of X and P to update P, when recording of a calling bill is completed, outputting the recording of the calling bill, and at same time, clearing and releasing the node P, otherwise, newly constructing a node in the end of the dynamic linked list and enabling the new constructed node to be recorded as P; when the treatment of the signaling is completed, reading a next signaling message X; and processing the signaling message X in a circular mode. Search times of the signaling are reduced, search speed is largely raised, and in the link of signaling information pairing, the search efficiency can be effectively improved.
