Abstract

The invention relates to a system and a method for scanning an X-ray faultage by an electronic computer. The system comprises an X-ray source, a collimator, a turntable, a detector and a processor, wherein an X-ray source comprises focal spots with certain lengths and a ray outlet; the collimator comprises a shielding part and a transmitting part; a tested object is loaded at the upper surface of the turntable; a center shaft of the turntable passes through the center of the turntable; the detector comprises more than one detection unit which is arranged in a straight line; the collimator is arranged between the ray outlet and the tested object; the shielding part has shielding effect on the X ray emitted by a part of focal spots; the transmitting part has transmitting effect on the X ray emitted by another part of focal spots; each detection unit is connected with the processor; and a count value which is in direct proportion to the strength of the received X ray is transmitted to the processor as projection data; and a computerized tomography (CT) image of the tested object is built according to an adsorption parameter of the collimator and each projection data. The space resolution of the CT system can be improved by the invention.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of computerized X-ray tomography, in particular to a computerized X-ray tomography system and method. Background technique [0002] The spatial resolution of computer X-ray tomography (CT) images is an important performance index of the CT system. Wait for the decision. According to the definition of the effective beam (BW, Beam Width) in the United States ASTME 1441 (American Society of Tool Manufacturing Engineers), the relationship between BW and hardware parameters is [0003] BW = d 2 + [ a ( M - 1 ) ] 2 / M [0004] Wherein, d is the diameter of the detection unit, a is th...
