The method comprises the following steps of: 1, sending registration request information to a cloud receiving end through an Internet of Things emitting client; 2, feeding digital certificate information back to the Internet of Things emitting client by the cloud receiving end after receiving the registration request information; 3, acquiring a service resource identifier of the cloud receiving end through the Internet of Things emitting client; and 4, bidirectionally sending data information to the cloud receiving end at fixed period by the Internet of Things emitting client according to the service resource identifier and the digital certificate information. According to the Internet of Things cloud access method and system based on the Web Service, both the generality and the flexibility are combined, thus the problem of the conventional cloud access system can be solved well, the access equipment of various types can be compatible, and the data can be safely and reliably transmitted to a cloud center through the Internet of Things emitting client; an HTTP / HTTPS (Hyper Text Transport Protocol / Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) protocol is adopted, therefore, the possibility of error interception is avoided; and with the adoption of a self-defined JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) message format providing envelope mechanism, the industrial data models of various types are supported.
