Abstract

The invention discloses a screening device for preparing nanofluids. The screening device for preparing the nanofluids comprises a flow channel, a fixed screen plate, a dynamic screen plate, an upper peristaltic pump and a lower peristaltic pump, wherein the dynamic screen plate is closely adhered on the fixed screen plate; screen holes in the fixed screen plate are aligned with screen holes in the dynamic screen plate; the circumferential size of the fixed screen plate is equal to the circumferential size of the flow channel; the circumferential size of the dynamic screen plate is less than the circumferential size of the flow channel; gaps are formed in the dynamic screen plate; grooves are formed in the upper part of the fixed screen plate; the gaps in the fixed screen plate correspond to the grooves in the fixed screen plate; the dynamic screen plate and the fixed screen plate divide the flow channel into an upper layer flow channel located above the dynamic screen plate and a lower layer flow channel located below the fixed screen plate; the upper peristaltic pump is connected with two ends of the upper layer flow channel; and the lower peristaltic pump is connected with two ends of the lower layer flow channel.
