ultrafiltration. The process comprises the following six steps: pretreatment, beating, enzymolysis, extraction,
ultrafiltration and
drying; wherein in the step of pretreatment, fresh highland barley seedlings with the
growth height of 25-40cm are
cut; the weight ratio of
cellulose to the highland barley seedlings is 1: 100-1000, the temperature is 30-60DEG C, the PH value is 3.5-6, and the stirring time is 0.5-4 hours; in the step of extraction, the weight ratio of highland barley
seedling slurry to
ethanol of 40-95 percent is 1: 3-10,
reflux extraction is carried out for 1-3 hours, and extract obtained in twic is emerged; and in the step of
ultrafiltration, the extract is respectively micro-filtered by
microfiltration membranes of 1, 0.5 and 0.1mu m, micro-filter filtrate is ultra-filtered by the ultrafiltration membranes, the operating pressure is 0.15-0.25MPa, the temperature is 25-45DEG C, the ultra-filter filtrate is ultra-filtered by the ultrafiltration membranes, the operating pressure is 0.15-0.25MPa, the temperature is 25-45DEG C, and the filtrate is collected. The process is convenient, and the flavone has high yield, high purity and remained activity.
