Abstract

The invention provides an operation system starting protection method which comprises the following steps: triggering starting of an operation system; calling a starting protector firstly before starting other application programs; and judging if a system exception occurs in a previous system running process by the starting protector, if not, allowing the operation system to start the other application programs, and otherwise, only allowing preset safety application programs to be started in a process of starting the operation system. The invention further provides an operation system starting protection device for realizing the method.
