The stimulation device is used for applying a stimulation signal to carry out stimulation treatment on the patient, wherein the stimulation signal is at least one of an optical signal and an electric signal. When the changes of the accelerated speed reach the preset threshold value, the central processing unit controls the stimulation device to apply the stimulation signal to carry out stimulation treatment on the patient.
