Abstract

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising: about 0.1% to about 5% of a colored interference pigment; about 0.1% to about 10% of a non-interference pigment concentrate; about 10% to about 90% of A cosmetically acceptable carrier; wherein the cosmetic composition has a contrast ratio of 10 or less and has a viscosity of not less than about 40,000 cps.
