Problems solved by technology

[0004] At present, there is no ideal material for imitating calculus in the teaching of stomatology. In the teaching of periodontic calculus removal technology, artificial dental models without simulated calculus are often used for teaching. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve the teaching purpose of teaching calculus removal technology.
Alternatives that use simulated calculus, such as nail polish, do not have the similarity to clinical calculus in terms of texture, hardness, and shape; there are also zinc phosphate cements and acrylate simulated calculus, and the color of the material is off-white The calculus of clinical patients is very different, and the bonding with the teaching plastic jaw is poor, so the simulation effect in teaching is very poor

Embodiment 1

[0031] Weigh the calculus material according to the following parts by mass:

[0032] 1.0 parts by mass of shellac,

[0033] 2.3 parts by mass of gypsum powder,

[0034] 2.0 parts by mass of quartz stone powder,

[0035] The solubility of 95% ethanol solution to dissolve shellac is 0.25g shellac dissolved in 1ml ethanol solution.

[0036] The shellac, gypsum powder and quartz stone powder weighed by the above-mentioned parts by mass are put into corresponding containers, the container for placing shellac is a sealable container, and the ethanol solution corresponding to the quality of shellac is measured with a measuring cup. Pour the measured ethanol solution into the shellac container and seal the container tightly. After about 12 hours, the shellac is completely dissolved and then added the weighed gypsum powder and quartz stone powder, fully mixed to make it uniform, forming a calculus imitation fluid material. Coating the imitation calculus fluid material on the corre...

Embodiment 2

[0039] Weigh the calculus material according to the following parts by mass:

[0040] 1.3 parts by mass of bone glue,

[0041] 2.0 parts by mass of gypsum powder,

[0042] 2.3 parts by mass of quartz stone powder,

[0043] The solubility of bone glue dissolved in 90% ethanol solution is 0.2g bone glue dissolved in 1ml ethanol solution.

[0044] Put the bone glue, gypsum powder and quartz stone powder weighed according to the above mass parts into corresponding containers, the container for placing the bone glue is a sealable container, and measure the ethanol solution corresponding to the quality of the bone glue with a measuring cup. Pour the measured ethanol solution into the container where the bone glue is placed, and seal the container tightly. After 12 hours, the bone glue is completely dissolved, then add the weighed gypsum powder and quartz stone powder, and fully mix to make it uniform, forming a calculus-like fluid material. Coating the imitation calculus fluid m...

Embodiment 3

[0046] Weigh the calculus material according to the following parts by mass:

[0047] Kraft glue 1.5 parts by mass,

[0048] 2.5 parts by mass of gypsum powder,

[0049] 2.5 parts by mass of quartz stone powder,

[0050] The solubility of bone glue dissolved in 85% ethanol solution is 0.3g kraft glue dissolved in 1ml ethanol solution.

[0051] The kraft glue, gypsum powder and quartz stone powder weighed according to the above parts by mass are put into corresponding containers, the container for placing kraft glue is a sealable container, and the ethanol solution corresponding to the quality of kraft glue is measured with a measuring cup. Pour the measured ethanol solution into the container where the kraft glue is placed, and seal the container tightly. About 13 hours later, the bone glue was completely dissolved, and then the weighed gypsum powder and quartz stone powder were added, and fully mixed to make it uniform to form a calculus-like fluid material. Coating the i...

Abstract

The invention relates to an imitated odontolith material and a fabrication method thereof. The material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-1.5 parts of animal glue, 2-2.5 parts of gypsum powder, 2-2.5 parts of mountain flour and an alcoholic solution for dissolving the animal glue, wherein content of the animal glue required to be dissolved in each ml of alcoholic solution is 0.2-0.3g. The method comprises the following steps: weighing or measuring the imitated odontolith raw materials according to the parts by mass; pouring the measured alcoholic solution into a container with the animal glue, and sealing the container; adding the gypsum powder and the mountain flour after the natural animal glue is completely dissolved, and fully stirring, so as to form an imitated odontolith fluid material; coating the corresponding part of a tooth of an oral cavity model with the imitated odontolith fluid material; and solidifying, so as to form artificial odontolith. The imitated odontolith material has the advantages that the imitated odontolith material is very similar to real odontolith; the odontolith can be vividly imitated on a dental model. Therefore, a training aid fabricated by the material and the method disclosed by the invention can well achieve the teaching purpose of teaching an odontolith cleaning technology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the manufacture of oral cavity models for teaching, in particular to a calculus imitation material and method. Background technique [0002] Calculus is a calcified plaque attached to the tooth surface and is a pathological irritant. Clinically, the calculus on the tooth surface is divided into two types according to the location of the calculus: supragingival calculus and subgingival calculus. The so-called supragingival calculus refers to the calculus located on the surface of the clinical crown above the gingival margin, while the subgingival calculus refers to the calculus located on the surface of the clinical root below the gingival margin. [0003] Removing the calculus and plaque attached to the tooth surface is the main purpose of the basic treatment of periodontal disease, and it is also the most important technical requirement for periodontal treatment to eliminate the stimulation source of the periodontal tissue an...
