It is found through an experimental research that the ethyl acetate extraction part in the ethanol extract of the Helleborus thibetanus extract has good pain-suppressing and anti-inflammatory effects, and the ethyl acetate extraction part can be used in the preparation of an anti-inflammatory and pain-suppressing medicine; and 17 compounds are obtained by separation of the ethyl acetate extraction part, wherein two compounds are new compounds and 12 compounds are firstly obtained by separation of Helleborus thibetanus.
