The invention provides an order processing system and method for selling goods on a train. Two-dimension code information of train tickets and two-dimension code information of goods are scanned by means of a two-dimension code scanning unit; a control unit obtains the two-dimension code information of the train tickets and the two-dimension code information of the goods, verifies passenger identity information according to the two-dimension code information of the train tickets, and distinguishes goods information according to the two-dimension code information of the goods; a touch screen display unit displays in real time the information of the goods which can be ordered on the train, so passengers passing through identity verification can choose and submit the ordered goods information on the touch screen display unit; the control unit obtains the information of the goods ordered by the passengers and sends the goods information and the passenger identity information to a handheld terminal of a salesman, the salesman processes the orders according to the order information of the goods and identity information of the passengers, and therefore a digital order system is provided for the train. According to the order processing system and method, not only can intelligent and humanized service be provided for the passengers, but also burdens on the salesman can be reduced, and service is efficiently and accurately provided for customers.
