Embodiment Construction

[0023] The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Unless otherwise specified, the technical means used in the examples are conventional means well known to those skilled in the art, and the raw materials used are all commercially available products.

[0024] The Barometric Process Separation (BaPS) technology involved in the following examples uses the BaPS soil nitrogen cycle monitoring system to measure the nitrification and denitrification rates, and the system is purchased from UMS, Germany.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for measuring a contribution rate of forest litters to nitrification and denitrification of soil. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a 20m*20m sample area in a forest, selecting ten 1m*1m small units in the sample area according to an S-shaped point sampling method and cleaning up supracrustal litters; then fixing a 1m*1m*0.5m nylon screen frame above the 1m*1m small units so as to ensure that no litters exist in the small units; finally, sampling by adopting a cutting ring, measuring nitrification and denitrification rates of the soil in the 1m*1m small units by utilizing a BaPS soil nitrogen cycle monitoring system, simultaneously measuring nitrification and denitrification rates in adjacent 1m*1m small units, and calculating the contribution rate of the forest litters to the nitrification and denitrification process of the soil according to a formula. The method has important effects of determining the contribution rate of the cleaned litters to the nitrification and denitrification process of the soil when a forest land is cleared up and knowing about participation of a litter layer of the whole forest in geobiochemical nitrogen cycle.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of geochemistry, in particular to a method for measuring the contribution rate of forest litter to soil nitrification and denitrification. Background technique [0002] According to a study by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), since the industrialization era, human activities have caused an increase in global greenhouse gas emissions, with emissions increasing by 70% from 1970 to 2004. Global atmospheric CO due to human activity since 1750 2 , N 2 O and CH 4 Concentrations have increased significantly and are now far beyond those measured in ice core records in the pre-industrial millennia. CO 2 is the most important anthropogenic greenhouse gas, and from 1970 to 2004, CO 2 The emission of N has increased by about 80%, and its concentration change has risen from 280ppm before the industrial revolution to 379ppm in 2005; while N 2 O is a relatively stable greenhouse gas, and its Global Warming...
