By using the method and device, the comprehensive regulation and control as well as optimization of parameters such as settings, submerged plants, denitrification microorganism, water temperature, light and water quality can be carried out, lake and inflowing riverway nutrient salt can be simulated and controlled, and a lake ecology restoration mechanism can be studied.
