According to the present invention, the fertilizer has the scientific nutrient ratio; the nitrogen consumption is controlled, the phosphorus content and the potassium content are increased, and the addition of calcium and mineral nutrients is matched, such that the toughness of the rice stem is enhanced, and the breaking resistance of the stem base internode is improved; and with the use of the active sludge, the banana peel and other composted fermentation materials, the soil fertilizer storage space can be expanded, the expansion development of the rice root can be promoted, and the land-gripping ability of the rice is increased so as to enhance the lodging resistance of the rice.
