This invention discloses a
soil remediation conditioner for heavy
metal contaminated soil and its preparation method, belonging to the field of soil
environmental remediation technology. The conditioner uses ultrafine kaolin / maifanite as a base material, combined with functional components such as slaked
lime, lightly calcined
magnesium oxide,
sulfide-
modified zeolite,
humic acid powder, anionic PAM, and
hydrophobic silica. Class II
fly ash can be selectively added to reduce production costs. The components work synergistically to achieve multiple effects including slow-release alkali regulation, targeted fixation of mercury and
cadmium heavy metals, resistance to rainwater leaching, and long-term anti-
caking. The preparation process of this invention adopts a graded feeding and segmented mixing mode, involving eight major processes: material pretreatment, base material premixing, functional component fusion, explosion-proof pulverization, fine anti-
caking mixing, closed sieving, index testing, and explosion-proof sealed packaging. The entire production process is equipped with a negative pressure dust removal
system and a multi-dimensional explosion-proof
protection system, effectively solving production problems such as
powder dust and
sulfur dust explosions. Tests have verified that the finished product of this invention has a 200-mesh
pass rate of ≥95%,
moisture content of ≤8%, and a pH value that is stable in the range of 7.5-8.5. It also has a Hg and Cd heavy
metal fixation rate of ≥80% and a
shelf life of up to 6 months under normal temperature and cool conditions. At the same time, the
raw material cost is 15%-20% lower than that of similar products, the production safety factor is high, and it is green and
environmentally friendly. It can be widely used in the remediation of farmland soil with light and moderate heavy
metal pollution, and has broad prospects for industrialization.
