The system and method comprises a pulsed blackbody, deep-UV reactor having at least one treatment chamber, the reactor having a conveying assembly to convey the water to be treated into the chamber; a filter assembly to screen the UV treated water; a caustic supply means for the post-treatment of water; a recovering assembly recovering the permeate at an outlet of the filtration means. The effect of such UV water treatment is multifaceted. One aspect is the reduction of the transmembrane pressure (TMP), another is the reduction of duration of backwash and caustic cleaning cycles. Also, the oxidation of iron and manganese to insoluble compounds, without the addition of oxidizing agents, does not harm the membranes. Iron and manganese turn into hydroxide crystals trapped by the filtration membrane and separated from the permeate. These effects integrate to enhance the water flux through the filter membrane.

The method comprises the following steps: performing steps of raw material crushing, acid treatment, activation soaking, freeze drying, high-temperature activation, acid pickling and the like, performing hydrothermal reaction on biomass raw materials with an acid solution, and further performing freeze drying treatment, thereby obtaining the biomass activated carbon. Method for estimating suspended matter concentration in turbid lake water based on VIIRS sensor

The invention relates to a method for estimating suspended matter concentration in turbid lake water based on a VIIRS sensor. The method comprises: based on lake field measured spectrum and substance concentration data, analyzing optical properties of water body and water quality dominant factors; screening wave bands which are sensitive to suspended matter concentration variation in the turbid lake water, using curve fitting to determine an optimal model of suspended matter concentration and ground measured spectrum (Rrs); using Rrc data which is removed with water vapor and ozone absorption and corrected by Rayleigh scattering to establish a suspended matter concentration quantitative model which is suitable to be used for the VIIRS; and finally, using the established model on a VIIRS image, to accurately obtain interannual and inter-monthly variation rules and spatial distribution of the suspended matter concentration of the turbid lake water. Using the method can realize long-term high-precision monitoring of suspended matter concentration of a lake, and the method is helpful to scientifically evaluate interannual suspended matter concentration variation and development trends thereof, and effectively evaluate ecological environment changes of lake water.

Reactive type intumescent flame retardant for water-based polyurethane and preparation method of reactive type intumescent flame retardant

The invention relates to the field of fine chemical engineering materials and specifically relates to a reactive type intumescent flame retardant for water-based polyurethane, which simultaneously contains a carbon source, an acid source, a gas source and active amino groups, and a preparation method of the reactive type intumescent flame retardant. The chemical structure of the reactive type intumescent flame retardant disclosed by the invention is as shown in formula I, the obtained flame retardant does not contain halogen, has relatively high content of phosphorus and nitrogen flame retardant components and shows an aromatic heterocyclic structure, thereby having good stability at high temperature, high char yield, significant intumescence and excellent flame retardance. Two active primary amino hydrogen ions contained in the structure can react with isocyanate to prepare flame-retardant water-based polyurethane, thereby not only effectively solving the problems of poor compatibility, easiness in migration, precipitation and permeation and the like of a traditional complex additive type flame retardant in a water-based polyurethane system, but also overcoming the defect that the physical and mechanical properties of water-based polyurethane become poor caused by the complex additive type flame retardant. When the reactive type intumescent flame retardant provided by the invention is used for preparing water-based polyurethane, the process is easy to control, the properties are easy to regulate, and prepared water-based polyurethane is widely applied to leather finishing, synthetic leather coatings, fabric coatings, building fireproof materials, coating materials, adhesives and other industries.
