The invention belongs to the field of
flue gas purification, and particularly discloses an
activated carbon flue gas purification
system and process based on cooperative operation of double
desorption towers. The
system comprises an adsorption unit, an analysis unit and an
activated carbon conveyor. The adsorption unit comprises a gas
inlet channel, an adsorption device, a gas outlet channel and a
chimney, and
smoke enters the adsorption device through the gas
inlet channel to be purified, then enters the
chimney through the gas outlet channel and is exhausted. And the adsorption device at least comprises an adsorption
tower. And the analysis unit comprises a first analysis
tower and a second analysis
tower. The
activated carbon conveyor can drive activated carbon saturated in the adsorption tower to enter the first
desorption tower and the second
desorption tower respectively for desorption and regeneration, and the regenerated activated carbon is conveyed back to the adsorption tower again, so that continuous purification of
flue gas and efficient regeneration of the activated carbon are guaranteed. Through the cooperative
layout of the adsorption units and the double desorption towers, the conveying efficiency of activated carbon can be improved, the
flue gas purification efficiency is further improved, and the occupied area of equipment can be remarkably reduced.
