Problems solved by technology

[0004] In summary, although exogenous hormone treatment is widely used, with high ripening efficiency and fast metabolic clearance, it is more irritating to fish, may cause inflammation, and even cause pollution to the environment

Embodiment 1

[0020] Example 1: Light environment regulation of male Atlantic salmon gonad maturation

[0021] (1) The experimental fish were robust Atlantic salmon with a body weight of (850.97±82.77) g. The experimental light source used white, blue and red integrated packaged LED light source floodlights, which were purchased from Jiangsu Wuxi Huazhaohong Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (see figure 1 ). Testosterone (T) and estradiol (E 2 ) radioimmunoassay kits were purchased from Beijing North Institute of Biotechnology.

[0022] (2) Using L9 (3 4 ) Orthogonal design, 3 factors of light color, photoperiod and light intensity were set, and 3 levels were set for each factor, forming 9 treatment combinations. For each treatment combination, 60 experimental fish (30 fish with PER marking and 30 fish without marking) were reared, totaling 540 fish. The experiment was carried out from August 2012 to March 2013 for a period of 7 months. The water temperature is kept at (15.7±0.4)°C...

Embodiment 2

[0028] Example 2: Light environment regulation of gonad maturation in female Atlantic salmon

[0029] (1) The experimental fish were robust Atlantic salmon with a body weight of (850.97±82.77) g. The experimental light source used white, blue and red COB integrated package LED light source floodlights, and the lamps were purchased from Jiangsu Wuxi Huazhaohong Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. Female testosterone (T) and estradiol (E 2 ) radioimmunoassay kits were purchased from Beijing North Institute of Biotechnology.

[0030] (2) Using L9 (3 4 ) Orthogonal design, 3 factors of light color, photoperiod and light intensity were set, and 3 levels were set for each factor, forming 9 treatment combinations. For each treatment combination, 60 experimental fish were bred (30 with marking and 30 without marking), totaling 540. The experiment was carried out from August 2012 to March 2013 for a period of 7 months. The water temperature is kept at (15.7±0.4)°C, the salinity i...

Embodiment 3

[0037] The difference from Examples 1 and 2 is that the white light is replaced by a fluorescent lamp or an incandescent lamp, and then the male Atlantic salmon and the female Atlantic salmon are treated according to the photoperiod and light intensity of the above examples. It can be seen that it can promote the gonad maturation of both male and female Atlantic salmon, and the sexual maturity ratio of male Atlantic salmon is 42%; the sexual maturity ratio of female Atlantic salmon is 45%.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of aquaculture, particularly relates to a light environment regulating method for promoting the gonad maturation of Atlantic salmons. The rapid and synchronous maturation of the ovaries of female Atlantic salmons and the testes of male Atlantic salmons is realized after the breeding of three to six months through the comprehensive regulation of the color, the period and the intensity of light in the living environment of the female Atlantic salmons and the male Atlantic salmons in a mating season or a non-mating season. Irritability stress caused by the traditional methods of delivery induction injection hormones and the like is reduced, the cultivating survival rate of parent fish is increased, and the synchronous maturation of the gonads is promoted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of aquaculture, and in particular relates to a light environment regulation method for promoting the gonad development and maturation of Atlantic salmon. Background technique [0002] Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), commonly known as salmon, belongs to Osteichthyes, Salmoniformes, Salmonidae, and Salmo in taxonomy. The natural population distribution ranges north to near the Arctic Circle Western Europe, as far south as Portugal. Because it is rich in protein and unsaturated fatty acids, it has excellent meat quality, less ridges and spines, and an orange-red color. It is the best fish for making sashimi and fish steaks. Atlantic salmon is favored by consumers all over the world, so it has broad market prospects both at home and abroad. However, Atlantic salmon has no natural distribution in my country, and artificial breeding technology is relatively difficult, so large-scale breeding has not yet been formed in Chin...
