Abstract

The invention discloses granules for post-operation pain of children and a preparation method thereof. The granules are characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting volatile oil respectively from coarse powder of wight fig leaves, almonds, cassia twigs, glabrous sarcandra herbs, folium eucalypti and centipeda minima in a steam distillation method, collecting the volatile oil and mixing for standby application, and retaining dregs of a decoction; (2) evenly mixing common nostoc, herb of rose glorybind, herba dendrobii, snakegourd fruit, semen celosiae, fructus chaenomelis and the dregs of the decoction obtained in the step (1), adding water 10 times as much as the mixture, adding water for decoction twice, decocting for 1 hour each time, combining decoctions and standing, adding 95% ethyl alcohol 3 to 4 times as much as pharmaceuticals in the decoctions, standing for 15 minutes, centrifuging for 20 minutes at 3000 rpm / min, taking clear liquid, concentrating and spray-drying to obtain primary materials; (3) spraying the volatile oil obtained in the step (1) in the primary materials obtained in the step (3), grinding the primary materials to screen with a 60-mesh sieve, and sub-packaging the ground materials to obtain the granules.
