Abstract
The invention discloses granules for post-operation pain of children and a preparation method thereof. The granules are characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting volatile oil respectively from coarse powder of wight fig leaves, almonds, cassia twigs, glabrous sarcandra herbs, folium eucalypti and centipeda minima in a steam distillation method, collecting the volatile oil and mixing for standby application, and retaining dregs of a decoction; (2) evenly mixing common nostoc, herb of rose glorybind, herba dendrobii, snakegourd fruit, semen celosiae, fructus chaenomelis and the dregs of the decoction obtained in the step (1), adding water 10 times as much as the mixture, adding water for decoction twice, decocting for 1 hour each time, combining decoctions and standing, adding 95% ethyl alcohol 3 to 4 times as much as pharmaceuticals in the decoctions, standing for 15 minutes, centrifuging for 20 minutes at 3000 rpm / min, taking clear liquid, concentrating and spray-drying to obtain primary materials; (3) spraying the volatile oil obtained in the step (1) in the primary materials obtained in the step (3), grinding the primary materials to screen with a 60-mesh sieve, and sub-packaging the ground materials to obtain the granules. Clinical trials prove that the granules have the characteristics of good curative effects and high safety in relieving the postoperation pain, and therefore, the granules are worth clinical application and popularization.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine, in particular to a granule for postoperative pain in children and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Pain is a subjective feeling shared by infants and children. At the 25th week of pregnancy, pain receptors have developed, and newborns can not only feel pain, but also suffer from abnormal pain sensation in the future due to insufficient pain treatment. Postoperative pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience caused by surgical trauma. Due to the special constitution of children, the use of some analgesics in children is restricted. For example, improper use of morphine and fentanyl is prone to excessive sedation and respiratory depression. [0003] Moreover, studies in recent years have shown that postoperative pain in children is highly correlated with "postoperative pain hypersensitivity". "Postoperative pain hypersensitivity state" is differ...
