Abstract

The invention relates to a medicine composition and a preparation method thereof. The medicine composition comprises the following preparation steps: (1) carrying out reflux extraction on pyrola, drynaria rhizome, caulis spatholobi and semen raphani by using ethyl acetate; (2) mixing solid residues in the step (1) and prepared rehmannia root, and extracting by using 50%-80% alcohol; (3) boiling solid residues in the step (2), and extracting; (4) mixing herba epimedii and herba cistanche, adding calcium carbonate powder, boiling and extracting; (5) combining extracting solution concentrate in each step so as to obtain medicine components, and adding auxiliary materials to the medicine components so as to prepare a preparation as needed. The medicine composition obtained by using the medicine preparation method can be used for treating hypertrophic myelitis, cervical spondylosis, calcaneal spur, hypertrophic arthritis and kashin-beck disease and also provides possibility for the clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
