Problems solved by technology

If it cannot be processed in time, it will reduce the service life of the compressor, or even burn the compressor
The refrigerant leakage detection method proposed in the related art is usually only detected when the refrigerant leakage is high (for example, more than 40%), and for the case of low refrigerant leakage, the refrigerant leakage cannot be accurately detected, which will cause the air conditioner to fail. The compressor works with a small amount of refrigerant for a long time, which affects the service life of the compressor

Abstract

The invention provides a refrigerant leakage detecting method and system and an air conditioner. The method includes the steps that the first indoor air inlet temperature of an inlet of an indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner and the first indoor heat exchanger temperature of the indoor heat exchanger are detected after a compressor of the air conditioner runs for a first set period of time; when the first difference between the first indoor air inlet temperature and the first indoor heat exchanger temperature is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold, the second indoor air inlet temperature of the inlet of the indoor heat exchanger and the second indoor heat exchanger temperature of the indoor heat exchanger are detected after the compressor runs for a second preset period of time; when the second difference between the second indoor air inlet temperature and the second indoor heat exchanger temperature is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold, whether variation of the second difference relative to the first difference is smaller than or equal to a second preset threshold or not is judged, and if yes, refrigerant leakage is judged to happen to the air conditioner. According to the technical scheme, refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner can be accurately detected in time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a refrigerant leakage detection method, a refrigerant leakage detection system and an air conditioner. Background technique [0002] The air conditioner system includes a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a throttling device, and an indoor heat exchanger. The air conditioner system also has a refrigerant, which is driven by the pressure generated by the compressor, circulates in the entire system, and exchanges heat with the indoor and outdoor environments to achieve the purpose of cooling or heating. In the case of no leakage of refrigerant, the air conditioner system can normally perform cooling. However, if the installation of the air conditioner is not standardized or the refrigerant leaks in the system pipeline due to vibration and other reasons during later operation, the cooling effect of the air conditioner system will be reduced. [0003] When the refrige...
