Self-adaption dynamic detection circuit for switch power source

The invention discloses a self-adaption dynamic detection circuit for a switch power source. The self-adaption dynamic detection circuit is used for generating a self-adaption dynamic voltage VREF which dynamically changes along with loads. The self-adaption dynamic detection circuit for the switch power source comprises a switching period to current conversion circuit, a low pass filtering circuit and a VREF generation circuit. The switching period to current conversion circuit controls timing of an OSC in a switch power source control chip, and therefore different control signals can be generated, the control signals are used for switching on different current branches in the switching period to current conversion circuit, corresponding voltages that change slowly are obtained when branch voltages that are generated are filtered by the low pass filtering circuit, and the self-adaption dynamic voltage VREF is output when the voltages pass through the VREF generation circuit. The self-adaption dynamic detection circuit is advantaged by good dynamic characteristics and small output voltage overshoot; a technical problem that large dynamic detection deviation is caused due to the fact that conventionally the VREF voltage (reference voltage) cannot change along dynamically along with load conditions and therefore voltage difference values detected at different loads are inconsistent can be solved.

Refrigerant leakage detection method, refrigerant leakage detection system and air conditioner

The invention provides a refrigerant leakage detecting method and system and an air conditioner. The method includes the steps that the first indoor air inlet temperature of an inlet of an indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner and the first indoor heat exchanger temperature of the indoor heat exchanger are detected after a compressor of the air conditioner runs for a first set period of time; when the first difference between the first indoor air inlet temperature and the first indoor heat exchanger temperature is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold, the second indoor air inlet temperature of the inlet of the indoor heat exchanger and the second indoor heat exchanger temperature of the indoor heat exchanger are detected after the compressor runs for a second preset period of time; when the second difference between the second indoor air inlet temperature and the second indoor heat exchanger temperature is smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold, whether variation of the second difference relative to the first difference is smaller than or equal to a second preset threshold or not is judged, and if yes, refrigerant leakage is judged to happen to the air conditioner. According to the technical scheme, refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner can be accurately detected in time.

The invention discloses a method for improving linear amplification detection accuracy through multiple detection, a kit and application. The method comprises the following steps: respectively carrying out linear amplification on a targeted target sequence and a reference sequence of a detection sample and a targeted target sequence and a reference sequence of a control sample by using multiple primers; linkers are added to the obtained linear amplification products respectively; performing sequencing; and finally, analyzing a sequencing result by using a standardized algorithm. According to the method, by reasonably designing primers, carrying out multiple linear amplification detection, standardizing an algorithm and firstly carrying out linear amplification and then connecting a single-chain connector, accumulation of introduced base errors can be effectively avoided, and the problem of primer preference existing in linear amplification is relieved; target DNA molecule missing detection is reduced, and the copy number of a target sequence is detected more accurately. The method is widely applicable to CNV detection of any sample possibly containing CNV; particularly, a heterogeneous sample is used for detecting diseases including infectious diseases, cancers and the like.
